단기간 방을 구하시거나 학교주변에 살기보다는 인테리어가 예쁘며, 한국인 외국인 분별없이 지내고 싶으신분께 추천드립니다.

1. 집 :  이 집은 외국인 Guest house (2인 1실) 개념이며, 가끔 해외 여행객이 방문합니다.

          주인 분께서 오랫동안 여행을 통해 얻은 노하우로 인테리어한 집이라 여느 자취방과는 비교가 안됩니다.

2. 가격 : 보증금, 관리비 없이 월세 40만원(겨울철 난방비를 n 등분(침대 수 기준)하는 extra charge가 있습니다)만을 받고 있습니다.

            (물론 여행객을 위한 daily charge도 있습니다)

             보증금이나 월세 부담,  특히 월세는 관리비나 다른 옵션값이 들어가면 4,50은 충분히 넘어가기에 이 정도면 부담없을 거에요.

3. 구성원 : 초기에는 외국인만 살았으나 한국 학생들도 점점 들어와서 살고 있으며,  구성원 분위기가 좋아 거실에서 자주 이야기하며

                 재밌게 지내고 있습니다. (현재 한양대, 성균관대, 외대, 연세대, 한국계 미국인이 지내고 있습니다)

4. 환경 : 행당역 5분(왕십리 한정거장),   롯데마트 5분, 이마트 10분 그리도 뒤로는 행당 시장이 위치합니다. 주변이 아주 매우 조용합니다

5. 옵션 : 주방 및 주방도구, 인터넷, 침대 등 다 있습니다. 몸만 오세요.

6. etc : 보증금이 없는 월세 개념이기 때문에 원하실때 방을 뺄 수 있습니다. (단기 거주자 분들에게 추천합니다)

학교 주변도 괜찮지만 누구나 한번쯤 인테리어 좋은 집, 아늑한집, 응답하라처럼 하숙집 분위기 속에서 지내고픈 욕심이 있었을 꺼에요,

혹은 휴학으로 인해 시끄러운 학교주변보단 학교서 떨어지며 자신만의 공부나 계획을 세워보길 원할 수도 있구요.

저 또한 학생이라,  누구보다 이 부분에 대해 많은 고민을 가져왔습니다.

그렇지만 이 가격에 이정도 인테리어가 되어 있는 집도 찾아보시기 힘들겁니다.

to Historic place also close, Guangwhamoon(10mins), Jongro(10min) etc.

-place in quiet and safe residential area, not crowded

-Fully furnished-- sofa, tv, table, vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, mirror in every room, hanger, table, chairs, drawers, etcf.... Just like your home:)

-Free light speed internet(100 megabytes/sec and wi-fi service provided. Any mobile internet devices can use), wireless internet and cable internet

-all cutlery, utensils, dishware are prepared. rice cooker, toaster, electric pot, microwave etc.

-Quality Bed/Mattress and hotel-class linen for every bed

-University site is near by(Hanyang Univ, Seonggyungwan univ, Korea Univ, Kunkuk Univ. etc)

-4 supermarkets are in 5 mins to walk, local markets street is 3 mins to walk

And attractively there is local market street nearby, so you can walk around the street feeling real Seoulers' life and try real Korean dish in low  price (much lower than city center)and experience more Seoulers' life!

For Shopping, there is fashion mall and 3 big supermarkets(to Emart-10 mins, to Lotte Mart-5mins, to Hanaro Mart-5 mins) so you can get anything very conveniently including souveniers for lower price up to mid-night:)

Collage town is near by(HanYang University) with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops on the bloomy street
