<Job description> 

To support the significant amount of local language documentation with respect to the LESS project and other regular Treasury documentation and administrative work. Also support regular Insurance payments and processes for the region.



- Bank account management

Bank account opening/closing/maintenance for LESS
Bank Signatory Updates for Japan/Korea/Malaysia/Singapore/Taiwan/China
Bank relationship management (KYC)
Executing transactions (including bank guarantee in China)



- Insurance activity Support
Keep track of maturity for APAC insurances excluding China / Taiwan and for Korea / Japan / Malaysia and Singapore
Prepare payments for insurances and keep records
Keep in a good contact with local insurance companies
Maintain insurance coverage by supporting Treasury Managers



- Bank reporting
Reporting FX transactions with document preparation to Bank of Korea or FX designated bank



- Administrative support
Arrange internal/external meetings
Provide documentation support (Corporate Chops, Signatures) for all documentation
Support for any Treasury involved events



Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration 



Experience

• 1~3 years of relevant experience (New entry - 신입 가능) 



Skills

• Proficient in Excel / Power Point / Word preferred
• Preferred fluent in English  / (Optional) Chinese
